Construction of MORE is already well advanced, with overall progress at approximately 85% and the structure 100% completed. The project is currently in the stage of finishes, installations and amenity build-out.

Deliveries are estimated for mid 2026, subject to normal construction and permitting timelines. As with any real estate development, final delivery dates may vary slightly, but the level of progress on site gives buyers a clear line of sight toward handover and the start of rental operations.

Payment terms for MORE are straightforward and designed to be flexible for investors: Minimum 10% down payment at signing to reserve and secure your unit. Remaining balance payable at closing, when the unit is delivered and transferred. In some cases, a higher down payment at signing may qualify for additional discounts or improved conditions, depending on the unit and current developer incentives.

Regarding building operations, the maintenance fee is currently estimated at US$1.75 per m² per month. Yes. MORE has been designed as a building licensed for short-term rentals, and there will be on-site property management provided by Wynwood House, one of the region’s best-known operators in the hospitality and short-stay sector.

Owners will have the option to contract Wynwood House to handle daily operations – including check-ins, cleaning coordination, guest communication and pricing strategy – or to self-manage their unit and work with another operator if they prefer. This flexibility allows each investor to choose the management model that best aligns with their goals, whether that is maximizing returns, keeping personal use of the unit, or maintaining full control of the rental process.
